В главном событии шоу мексиканец Сауль "Канело" Альварес (52-1-2, 35 КО) единогласным решением судей победил американца Дэниэла Джейкобса (35-3, 29 КО) и объединил титулы чемпиона мира в среднем весе по версиям WBC, WBA (Super) и IBF.

- британец Джон Райдер (28-4, 16 КО) в третьем раунде нокаутировал австралийца Билала Аккави (20-1-1, 16 КО) и завоевал титул "временного" чемпиона WBA во втором среднем весе;
